The registration package includes:

  • Access to the conference and on-site events (Health pass is mandatory to access the premises)
  • Lunch (x2) and coffee breaks (x4), or a food gift for virtual participants
  • Conference proceedings e-book
  • Friday morning technical tour (optional, health pass required)

 

In addition for E-Presenters: 

  • Publication of 5-page papers in the conference book of proceedings (optional)
  • Participation in the award competition for the best papers (funding support for open-access publication)
  • Participation in the award competition for best e-presentations

 

For people wishing to attend the conference in person, confirmation of attendance will be requested 2 weeks prior for organizational and catering purposes.

 

Cancellation policy

Before 1st of October: 80% reimbursement
After 1st of October: no reimbursement
